Postage
At the moment we can only offer postage within the UK, however we are currently in the process of setting up for international shipping.
We aim to process orders same day or within 24 hours of receiving them (weekdays only). Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail, whereas some of the larger parts will require a courier. Please allow 3-5 working days and for items held as supplier stock please allow 5-7 working days. In the unlikely event of a purchased product no longer being available or temporarily out of stock, we will refund all associated monies in full if you decide you would rather not wait.
Returns
If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase, we need to be notified within 14 days of receipt and only when we receive back the undamaged item in the original packaging will we refund the money. We recommend using a "signed for" service. If the item you received is wrong, damaged or faulty then please contact us first so that we can rectify any issues. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any faults. We will happily cover return costs if we or our supplier are at fault.

Personal data
We may be stuck in the past as far as motorcycle culture is concerned, however we are up to date with our legalities. The way we collect and use your data is in-line with GDPR requirements and your personal details are only ever used to fulfil the order in which you have instructed us to carry out.
We may also, from time to time, contact you with important information relating to the services we provide. We will never pass on your details to a third party unless you have given us express permission to, or unless it is vital in order for us to carry out our obligations when providing our service to you.
